Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account: email address, and (if you use OAuth) your Google or Discord account identifier.
• Licensing: license keys, plan, and the hardware ID (HWID) your license binds to.
• Abuse prevention: for the free trial we store hashed device and network signals (a device fingerprint hash and an IP hash / subnet). We do not store your raw IP address in plain text.
• Payments: processed by Whop. We receive a payment identifier and plan — we never see or store your card details.
• Security logs: events (logins, purchases, admin actions) with hashed IPs, to detect abuse. Secrets are never logged.

Fonts & third parties

Our fonts are self-hosted from our own domain. Your browser never contacts Google Fonts or any third-party font CDN, so your IP address is not shared with them. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To provide licenses, prevent fraud and trial abuse, process payments, and support you.

Retention & your rights

We keep data for as long as your account exists or as needed for legal/anti-fraud reasons. You may request access to, or deletion of, your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required to prevent abuse or meet legal obligations.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary, secure, http-only cookies for your login session. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies.

Marketing email

If you opt in to product emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can opt out at any time.
