Terms of Service

By accessing agent.devs.surf or using Agent Client (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or purchase a license. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors below this age will be terminated.

2. The product

Agent Client is a third-party software modification (“client”) for Minecraft 1.8.9. It is provided for use on servers and in contexts where such software is permitted. You are solely responsible for how and where you use it. Using third-party clients may violate the terms of service of some servers and can result in bans imposed by those servers. We are not responsible for any such consequences.

3. Licenses

A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license bound to your hardware (HWID). You may not share, resell, sublicense, leak, or distribute the client or your license key. Doing so terminates your license without refund.

4. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to reverse engineer our licensing, resell access, chargeback fraud, or abuse the free trial through multiple accounts, VPNs, or HWID spoofing. Abuse results in termination and may be logged.

5. No affiliation

Agent Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, bans, account losses, or other consequences arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
