Refund Policy

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny future orders or refunds if you have already requested a refund previously.

I have purchased a license but have not downloaded Agent Client yet.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days after your purchase.

I have purchased a license and have downloaded Agent Client already.

Before you can download Agent Client, you must waive your right of withdrawal. This means the 14-day refund period no longer applies. If you are unable to use the product (for example, it crashes when you run it), you may contact us within 24 hours after downloading to receive a full refund.

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, you can always contact us.

Subscriptions

Recurring (monthly) plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current period. Time already elapsed on an active subscription is non-refundable except as required by law.
